I ordered a few things from mediuk.co.uk and everything showed up just how I picked it!! No wrong sizes, nothing missing, which is something I always worry about when ordering online. Really happy with how spot-on the order was, and I’d definitely use them again.

The website was simple enough to get around, and I found what I needed without much fuss. Checkout was clear too, which I appreciated. I’m only giving 4 stars because a couple of pages loaded a little slow for me, though to be fair that might’ve partly been my Wi‑Fi acting up. Overall, no real complaints.

Not sure what was going on on their end, maybe they were busy or something, but I had to chase them twice before I got a reply. Wasn’t a huge deal, just not a great experience.

My order took ages to arrive, and I was disappointed. I even checked to see if other people had the same issue because it felt unusually slow. Not the best experience this time.

Every reply felt rushed and a little blunt, like I had personally ruined their day by asking a simple question. It wasn’t a complete nightmare or anything, but for a company like this, I expected a much more professional and welcoming experience.

I asked for a refund and, i was kind of expecting it to turn into one of those drawn-out things. It wasn’t instant, but the money came back within a few days, so I can’t really complain. Would’ve been nice if it was a bit more upfront, but it worked out fine.

They did fix the mistake with my order in the end, so I’ll give them that. But I had to follow up a few times, which was annoying. I mean, you’d think something like this would be handled without the customer having to keep chasing. Not terrible overall, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had a look around at a few other places and the prices on mediuk.co.uk seemed fair enough. Didn’t get that feeling like you’re being overcharged or anything. Checkout was simple too, just did the usual bits and that was it. Happy with what I paid and I’d probably use them again...

Stopped in to grab a few things and they had most of what I was looking for, which was nice. Only one item was out of stock, so not a big deal. Weirdly, I still remember there was a tiny rubber duck sitting by the register for some reason.

The medical advice was actually really helpful and explained in a way that was easy to understand. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they made sure I knew what to do next... The wait was a little longer than I expected, but overall I was happy with the experience.

I ordered these compression socks for my legs, figuring they’d probably be just like any other pair, but they actually fit really well. Delivery was fine, nothing to complain about there. I’ve been wearing them most days and my swelling seems better, so I’m assuming they’re doing the job. Overall, I’m happy with them

I bought this support from Medi and, to be fair, it seemed alright at first. The fit was decent enough and it did give some support, but I wouldn’t say I was overly impressed from the start.

After only a few weeks, the material started looking worn and thin, and the stitching began to feel a bit loose. I was just using it for normal day-to-day wear, nothing rough, so that was disappointing.

For what it cost, I expected it to last longer. It wasn’t completely useless, but the wear showed up too quickly for me, so I probably wouldn’t buy the same one again.
